- I've now completed Medicine 1 and I'm excited about going onto Nutrition and Naturopathic Study in October this year.
- About Me:
- I'm very much into raw foods, and experimenting with foods in general and how they affect health. Studying at CNM has allowed me to create a few amazing relationships that has lead me further into the spirtual side of health and the fascinating link between mind, body and soul.
I'm also a musician and I love salsa dancing and yoga!

Have you spoken to Jess recently?? They are doing this pre-xmas raw food day on Sat 1st December. I signed up ages ago (the promise of a case of raw chocolate swayed me!) and am really looking forward to it.
One question about last weekend - how do we access those extra notes? I had a look on the CNM website for them but can't see them. Maybe you could send them to me??

There are a few raw food events happening in Brighton in the next couple of months. I don't know if you go in for them or not but there's an evening with David Wolfe at beginning of October via Detox Your World (£60), Jess is doing a half day thing at her house (£65) at the end of September and I think we just missed some raw choc. workshop hosted by Kate Wood & Shazzie. We are spoiled for choice down here in Brighton! If you fancy any and wanted a place to stay you are more than welcome to kip at mine......I am considering both but haven't booked either yet!
