About Me:

I'm a northerner turned southern softie... I'm now 28 and have been in Brighton for 7 years. I lived with my boyfriend, until he recently moved to the Lake District, so now we trundle off to the opposite ends of the country as much as possible to see each other. It's great, it's like having a little holiday every week or so!

I stumbled across nutrition about 3 years ago when a friend lent me a book... I didn't really believe in it until that light bulb moment, and have ever since found it fascinating. I'm so excited to have finally found a passion that feels hugely worthwhile... beneficial not only to myself, but others too. Indulgence in every way!

I love food, and i really love eating...! I love a great movie and I love spending a whole weekend outdoors... I love sleeping under the stars and I love a long lie-in in the morning... I love curling up on the sofa with my boyfriend and I love climbing rockfaces... I love peace and quiet and I love singing at the top of my voice...! I love spending time with friends and I love chilling out on my tod... I love it when it rains and you can smell the soil and I love it when the sun shines and makes everyone feel happy!

Bank Holiday Bliss

I hope everyone had as wonderful a weekend as I did... I have to share some photos! My boyfriend and I went to our favourite rock climbing crag in Portland, Dorset. The weather was amazing and the sky changed as every minute went by... we slept out in the open, toasty in our sleeping bags until a cool breeze and the birds woke us up in the morning...
