Eeeeek, where is the summer going (what summer?!) and have you all done your essays yet? Purleeeze don't tell me you have, coz am now in panic mode, having only written about 250 words and finding any excuse not to write more (hence this message - oops!). Looking forward to seeing everyone who is doing nutrition, though slightly nervous about the work and not having lovely Ute!! Best wishes to all, Fiona xx

Hi Fiona - yes 250 words for the essay so far sounds about right for me too. Hope to do a bit more tomorrow on my day off though.

Yes, I sure am enjoying our beautiful summer too. Sitting here today in wooly jumper and boots!!!
